In a busy and land-constrained region, industrial property developers have to be creative and expert to make new projects work. Winners of the CREDA Awards of Excellence successfully converted a fly ash dump and two shuttered factories into industrial campuses, and created a state-of-the-art industrial facility that includes the warmth of a family home, including the chandeliers.

The office sector may have experienced a few challenging years. Yet winners of the CREDA Awards of Excellence managed to successfully complete development of a best-in-class Class A office building, fit out of an extraordinary regional headquarters in an older building, and a “speed to mission solution” for defense industry contractors.

Positioned on the ground floor of Under Armour’s signature mass timber headquarters in Baltimore Peninsula, the 24,000 square foot, state of the art retail environment was designed to epitomize the Under Armour brand and serve as an anchor for the community and a catalyst for local investment.
Project transformed historic church into modern school

Inspired design and expert construction transformed the historic Crisp Memorial Church into a modern and vibrant learning annex for Baltimore City Public Schools’ Maree G. Farring Elementary School.
To ease overcrowding at the school, the three-story, 29,000-square-foot addition provides 13 classrooms and administrative space.
