CREDA Maryland is committed to helping its members enhance their knowledge through relevant education programs. CREDA Maryland provides seminars that covered a wide range of industry topics including financing, asset and property management, leasing and investment principles.

CREDA Maryland has offered our members unprecedented access to some of the commercial real estate industry’s top executives. Experienced commercial real estate professionals serve as our instructors and Maryland Continuing Education credits may be awarded for successful completion.

The CREDA Center for Education offers exclusive and timely continuing education resources for commercial real estate professionals.

The Center for Education is the principal learning resource for the CRE development professional. Its mission is to provide learning opportunities that help professionals achieve successful projects. The Center’s overall curriculum is based on the CREDA core competencies and knowledge that supports practical workplace applications. This professional development resource is available to all CREDA members.
