Nicole Smith leads Plano-Coudon’s business development strategy, driving sustainable growth through strategic client engagement and long-term relationship management. She works closely with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and industry partners to identify emerging opportunities, cultivate new business, and strengthen existing client relationships.
By collaborating with the firm’s leadership, marketing, preconstruction, and operations teams, Nicole helps ensure a seamless transition from initial engagement through project execution, aligning client goals with Plano-Coudon’s expertise and delivering an exceptional client experience.
An active leader within the industry, Nicole has served on the NAIOP Maryland Board of Directors since 2019, and previously served on the SMPS Maryland Board of Directors from 2017 to 2022 and ULI Baltimore’s Sponsorship Co-Chair from 2023 to 2025.
